Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains by conducting thorough data analysis and gap analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including process maps, flowcharts, and system requirements documents (SRDs).
- Testing & Validation: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning and execution, monitoring progress and identifying potential risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is required.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites or meet with off-site teams as needed.
