Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and document business process flows, use cases, and user stories using UML and standard modeling tools.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks associated with business requirements changes.
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and MRDs (Market Requirement Documents).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
