Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify operational inefficiencies
- Develop detailed process flow diagrams and user documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones during handover periods
- Implement and maintain data quality controls for reporting systems
- Lead UAT sessions and validate solution effectiveness
- Generate executive dashboards and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with night shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills
- Proven experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently during core night shift hours
