Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Create detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing and quality assurance
- Document and present findings to executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently in night shift environments
