Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on strategic objectives
- Implement process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies
- Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Prepare executive summaries with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience documenting requirements in agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for night-shift collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
