Join our dynamic team as a Night Shift Business Analyst and transform data into actionable strategies for our global clients. This remote-eligible role requires deep analytical skills and the ability to thrive during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST). You'll bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders to drive digital transformation projects forward.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and user stories
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards for executive decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with project goals
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation and process flows
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst in SaaS or tech environment
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP) preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
