Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and test cases
- Create and maintain data models to support reporting and decision-making processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Support system implementations and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide continuous optimization insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis roles
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience documenting requirements and creating process flows
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
