Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau for real-time performance monitoring
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Lead UAT testing and ensure successful implementation of new systems
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
