Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for enterprise clients
- Create detailed business requirements documents and process flow diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shifts to implement data-driven solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during PST evening hours to align on project deliverables
- Document and maintain system specifications for data migration projects
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote collaboration
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML or BPMN
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM PST)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-timezone collaboration
