- Document requirements, create user stories, and develop process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Support system implementations and ensure user adoption
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
- Facilitate workshops and meetings during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
