- Support night shift operations by providing real-time data analysis and troubleshooting
- Facilitate requirements workshops with global teams across different time zones
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working in night shift or rotational schedules preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-cultural awareness
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification (CSM/PMP) a plus
