- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops during night shift hours
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience as Business Analyst in tech/finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
