Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization during night shift operations
- Develop detailed requirements documentation for system enhancements and new initiatives
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for overnight stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours to gather requirements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Prepare executive summaries and present findings to leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for night shift coordination
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during overnight hours
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
