Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, data models, and requirement specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during overnight hours to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track business performance and project outcomes
- Support system testing and implementation during overnight maintenance windows
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through structured overnight briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Agile methodologies and requirement management tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for overnight stakeholder interactions
