- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings across time zones during night shift hours
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure report accuracy
- Support system implementation and testing for new business solutions
- Track KPIs and provide real-time insights during operational hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for night shift collaboration
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
