Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities for night shift operations
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global teams during night shift hours
- Implement and validate process improvements using Agile methodologies
- Generate actionable insights through SQL data analysis and visualization tools
- Document business requirements, workflows, and system architectures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements for technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills for international collaboration during night shifts
