Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to drive data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings during overnight hours to align on project deliverables
- Develop test cases and validate system changes to ensure operational integrity
- Maintain data accuracy in CRM and ERP systems during off-peak hours
- Support system implementations with minimal business disruption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or global team exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
