Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to support system design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure deadlines are met within the night shift framework.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding new systems and process changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
