Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and system functionalities.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states to recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business requirements.
- Document technical and functional requirements for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or Financial Services sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a night shift environment.
- Experience with data modeling and business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
