Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for the development team.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Product Management, to define and document business workflows.
- Prepare and present actionable reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively during off-peak hours.
- Act as the primary liaison for client requirements and provide solutions for night shift operations.
- Support the implementation of Agile methodologies and maintain detailed requirement traceability matrices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for candidates experienced in night shift or support roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Familiarity with requirements gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
