Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
- Create wireframes, use cases, user stories, and process flows to facilitate system design.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine the impact of new business initiatives on existing systems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between business users and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours and adapt to a flexible schedule.
