Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and processes.
- Process Improvement: Design, develop, and document process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize complex business workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into understandable business language.
- Testing & QA: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and adhere to quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and technical manuals.
- Reporting: Create regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs and report on project progress to management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced or 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to spot trends or discrepancies in data.
