Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders to define business needs.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Create detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable reports for leadership.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback loops to ensure quality deliverables.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain the organization's knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or financial environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
