Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for software development projects.
- Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to recommend solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward project challenges.
