- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide clear recommendations for process optimization.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and system specifications using tools like Visio or JIRA.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
