Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define clear business requirements and system functionalities.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flow diagrams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication between technical developers and non-technical business units.
- Reporting: Develop and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership to support decision-making processes.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve business issues creatively.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
