Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
- Create process maps, wireframes, and documentation using Visio or similar tools.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance phases of software development projects.
- Monitor project progress and report key metrics to the project manager.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of databases is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
