In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving efficiency and accuracy in our reporting and system implementations.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for weekend operations.
- Data Analysis: Extract and analyze large datasets to identify trends, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), UAT plans, and process maps.
- System Coordination: Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure system changes meet business needs and are tested thoroughly during weekend sprints.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and review weekly performance reports to ensure KPIs are met and operational standards are upheld.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend inquiries, providing clear updates and status reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau preferred).
- Methodology: Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Schedule: Mandatory requirement: Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
