Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis to define clear business needs and functional requirements.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Bridge the gap between IT and Business by translating business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Develop and maintain documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment across departments and manage expectations regarding project scope and timelines.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to validate that implemented solutions meet the defined business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, corporate operations, or a related corporate role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
