Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Support the analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Create reports, presentations, and data visualizations (using tools like Excel or Tableau) to communicate findings effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
- A strong willingness to learn new software tools and methodologies quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
