Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze data trends using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for performance tracking
- Facilitate workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide actionable recommendations
- Document requirements in JIRA/Confluence with clear acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business domains
- Experience documenting requirements in UML or BPMN
- Portfolio demonstrating process improvement initiatives
