Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, use cases, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Facilitate the Agile/Scrum development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements during UAT.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend process improvement strategies to optimize business operations.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis; experience with data modeling tools is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
