Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and project scope.
- Perform data analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Axure.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and business units to ensure clear communication.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to project managers and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
