- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and system diagrams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
