Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, data models, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and proposed system solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reporting to stakeholders to track project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
