Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements
- Translate technical solutions into business value propositions
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for weekend operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, or wireframes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
