Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business needs
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
