Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in reporting systems
- Support weekend system implementations and user acceptance testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PMP a plus
