Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and requirements specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate stakeholder needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance for weekend reporting cycles
- Facilitate weekend workshops for requirement elicitation and solution validation
- Support UAT testing and deployment activities during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
- Proven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
