Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities for weekend operations
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications
- Develop data models, dashboards, and KPIs to track weekend performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and presentations with cross-functional teams
- Create detailed process flows and documentation for weekend workflows
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system alignment with business needs
- Monitor weekend project milestones and provide progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend/shift work exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
