Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, flowcharts, and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Develop test cases and validate system functionality
- Create executive dashboards and performance reports
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and requirement sessions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts
