Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models to support decision-making
- Create comprehensive documentation including process flows and user stories
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business and technical teams
- Monitor KPIs and report on project performance metrics
- Support system implementations and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and process modeling tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
