Responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
- Analyze data trends to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and documentation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with weekend teams
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Validate solutions through UAT testing and feedback loops
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation with weekend sprint updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday-Sunday, 10am-6pm)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with healthcare or logistics systems a plus
