Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities for weekend operations
- Document requirements, create user stories, and develop process flows using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Produce detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support system testing, validation, and implementation during weekend sprints
- Maintain and improve data models to ensure accuracy and relevance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend or shift work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
