Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirement documentation and process flow diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain SQL databases for data extraction and reporting
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Support agile sprint planning and backlog refinement activities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in weekend/shift roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process mapping tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PMP (highly desirable)
