Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop data models, dashboards, and KPIs for weekend operational insights
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops during weekend hours
- Create detailed business requirements documents and process flows
- Validate solutions through weekend testing cycles and UAT sessions
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in weekend/shift environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for weekend stakeholder engagement
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly valued
- Proven track record of delivering weekend project milestones
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
