Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement
- Document requirements, processes, and workflows using diagrams, wireframes, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key metrics
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new data systems and processes
- Generate weekly performance reports and present findings to leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend or shift work availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment during weekend shifts
