Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements for weekend-driven projects
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and user stories for weekend system enhancements
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs)
- Facilitate weekend workshops to validate solutions and gather feedback
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for weekend operational metrics
- Collaborate with development teams during weekend sprints to ensure alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analyst experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in process modeling and requirements documentation
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in weekend delivery cycles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
