Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document requirements
- Develop business process models and workflow documentation
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures
- Support weekend system implementations and upgrades
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating BRDs and process flows
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 8am-4pm)
