Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Document detailed business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align solutions with business objectives
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and data models
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership review
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies by refining user stories and prioritizing backlogs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of financial systems and fintech regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Experience working in Agile environments and requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
